HospitalityHire Privacy Notice
Effective date: 25 October 2026
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. Who we are
HospitalityHire (www.hospitalityhire.group) is a US hospitality hiring website. It is operated by Monte International Management - FZCO, trading as HospitalityHire, a free zone company (FZCO) with limited liability, incorporated in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Dubai Law No. 16 of 2021 and licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, with its registered address at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our").
The same company also operates HomeHire (www.homehire.group), a household hiring website. HospitalityHire is HomeHire's sister brand. The two brands run on the same software platform and the same database.
HospitalityHire is for direct hiring. Hotels, restaurants, bars, caterers and other hospitality businesses ("Employers") hire workers directly. HospitalityHire does not employ staff, is not a staffing or employment agency, and does not place anyone on a payroll.
Questions about this notice or your information: tom@hospitalityhire.group.
2. What this notice covers
This notice covers personal information we collect through www.hospitalityhire.group. Right now, that means the interest registration forms on the "Find work" and "Hire staff" pages. HospitalityHire does not offer user accounts, profiles, job posts, search or messaging yet.
We will update this notice, and ask for any new consent we need, before we start any new kind of processing, for example accounts, worker profiles that Employers can see, or sharing between HospitalityHire and HomeHire (see section 8).
HomeHire has its own privacy policy at www.homehire.group/privacy. It covers your use of HomeHire.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us in the interest form
| Field | Workers ("Find work") | Businesses ("Hire staff") |
|---|---|---|
| Full name | Required | Required |
| Email address | Required | Required |
| Business name | Not asked | Required |
| Role(s): housekeeping, kitchen and front-of-house roles (for example housekeeper, line cook, dishwasher, server, host, bartender, barista) | Roles you are looking for (required) | Roles you are hiring for (required) |
| Work type(s): Permanent full-time and/or Permanent part-time | Required | Required |
| Location: city and state, or ZIP code | Required | Required |
| Consent tick box (unticked by default) | Required | Required |
3.2 Information we record when you submit the form
- Which form you used (work or hire) and the brand (HospitalityHire).
- The exact consent wording you agreed to, its version number (currently "hh-interest-v2") and the date and time you agreed.
- The date and time we created the record.
The form also contains a hidden field that people do not see. It is there to catch automated spam. If it is filled in, we discard the submission and store nothing.
3.3 Technical information
- IP address. Our servers use your IP address when you submit the form, to limit repeated submissions (no more than 5 attempts every 15 minutes from one IP address) and to protect the service. We do not store your IP address with your registration. Our hosting provider may keep server logs, including IP addresses and request details, for a limited time for security and operational purposes.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people find and use HospitalityHire, for example which pages are visited and where people click or scroll. These tools set cookies and receive your IP address and basic browser and device information. We do not use advertising pixels, and you do not need to sign in. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser information when the page loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
3.4 Information we do not collect
We do not collect, through HospitalityHire, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, citizenship or immigration status, race or ethnicity, health information, precise geolocation (GPS), identity documents, payment or bank details, or criminal-history or background-check information. Location is collected only as a city and state or a ZIP code.
4. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- record your interest in HospitalityHire;
- contact you by email about HospitalityHire, for example when roles or people are available near you, or when HospitalityHire opens accounts. You agreed to this when you ticked the consent box;
- understand, in summary form only, where and for which roles there is interest (for example, the number of registrations for kitchen roles in South Florida);
- keep HospitalityHire secure and prevent spam, abuse and fraud; and
- comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. We do not score or rank workers.
5. Consent
We collect your form details only if you tick the consent box, which is unticked by default. The current consent wording (version hh-interest-v2) says that HospitalityHire may store your details and contact you about HospitalityHire, that your details will not be shown to anyone else, and that you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing tom@hospitalityhire.group. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.
6. Who we share information with
We do not show your interest registration to Employers, workers or any other users. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
We share information only with:
- Service providers who process it for us under contract, to host and run the website and database (currently Replit, which runs on Google Cloud infrastructure) and to run our email (currently Zoho Mail). We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure how the site is used. Our website data is stored in the United States.
- Authorities and others where the law requires it, or where needed to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or us.
- A buyer or successor, if all or part of our business is sold, merged or reorganized. The information would stay subject to this notice or one at least as protective.
7. HomeHire and HospitalityHire
The same company operates HomeHire and HospitalityHire, using one platform and one database. For HospitalityHire interest registrations today:
- They are stored in a separate HospitalityHire table and are not linked to HomeHire accounts or profiles.
- Registering on HospitalityHire does not create a HomeHire account or profile, and does not make you visible to HomeHire families.
- Being a HomeHire member does not add you to HospitalityHire. Nobody is opted in to HospitalityHire automatically, by bulk import or by an administrator.
- Staff who operate both brands may be able to see both brands' records when they need to for their work.
8. Planned changes (for information; not yet live)
When HospitalityHire opens accounts and worker profiles, we intend to:
- show worker profile details to Employers only after the worker gives a separate, unticked-by-default opt-in, and after showing the worker which fields will be visible and to whom;
- let HomeHire members join HospitalityHire (and HospitalityHire workers join HomeHire) only through a separate, unticked opt-in that is recorded and can be withdrawn at any time;
- keep marketing-email consent separate from any other choice; and
- not show any HomeHire background-check, right-to-work or reference status to HospitalityHire Employers.
We will update this notice and ask for the consent we need before any of these start.
9. How long we keep information
We keep interest registrations for 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. We may keep a limited record of a deletion request, or information we must keep by law. Backup copies are overwritten in line with our backup cycle.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it; or
- stop contacting you.
Email tom@hospitalityhire.group from the email address you registered with. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not treat you differently for using these rights.
11. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information. They include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our systems, checks on the information submitted through the form, size limits, and limits on repeated submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and others as the law requires.
12. Children
HospitalityHire is not directed to children. It is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email tom@hospitalityhire.group and we will delete it.
13. Where information is processed
HospitalityHire is for people and businesses in the United States. Monte International Management - FZCO is based in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
14. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you by email, and where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
